Cambodia may be best known for its horrific past where 30% of the population—over two million people—was slaughtered by a ruthless dictator. At least till now. Cambodia is quickly becoming an open door for the gospel, ushering in a revival that some believe could spread to the rest of Southeast Asia.

When Marilyn and Sarah stepped off the plane they sensed something special about to happen. It had been 12 years since Christian meetings were welcome in Cambodia. Yet the Cambodian people—and the Christian community—greeted Marilyn and Sarah with open arms. Local leaders were open to whatever God had in store...

Those involved were awestruck when the two miracle healing meetings and the Ministry Training/Leaders' Conference drew more than 16,000 people—considering 95% of the population is Buddhist. This seemed impossible! Hundreds experienced dramatic healings and hundreds more gave their lives to Christ. It was an incomparable outpouring of God's power and an historic reconciliation for Cambodia.

Faith & Unity
Beginning with our participation in Cambodia's first-ever Christian Fair—a joint venture of local churches and several international ministries—amazing doors of opportunity were opened. One Cambodian pastor remarked, "If we can do this in such an organized way—out in the open—we can do ANYTHING!"

This "anything is possible" attitude permeated everything that followed and was especially prevalent when Marilyn and Sarah mentored 600 pastors and Christian leaders at the Ministry Training/Leadership Conference. When the conference was finished these Christian leaders went forth with a renewed sense of anointing and excitement about what was to come.

Miracle Meetings
As the day arrived for the healing meeting the anticipation within the entire Christian community was electrifying! When the power of God touched a woman who suffered from chronic knee pain—she walked—then ran—with no pain. Another woman afflicted by cataracts for nine years could again clearly see. A 13-year-old girl—born with her feet turned outward—could not walk straight—until God instantly straightened her feet! As the miracles multiplied throughout the crowd everyone sensed that this was the start of something special—an outpouring of God's love, power, and healing—for Cambodia.
