We Serve An Awesome God!

I called in mid-September to receive prayer for my granddaughter who was diagnosed with AIDS. I am happy to report that she has been healed and that there are no longer signs of the virus in her system. Ledia

I was having trouble with my two teenage children. They were involved with the wrong crowd, doing drugs, and behaving poorly in school. After receiving prayer from the MHM prayer center, I am amazed at the transformation in my kids. Both have stopped using drugs and are excited about going to school. Sharon

I finally read your book Breaking Generational Curses. My father was scheduled for surgery on his knee the week that the Lord prompted me to begin reading the book. The surgery was postponed a week because of insurance issues. As I was finishing the last few pages of your book, you gave a scripture on the curse of arthritis which was giving my dad so much pain. My spirit leaped! I knew God was speaking to me through your book. That next day, I prayed for my Dad, anointed him with oil, and spoke the Word over his feeble knee. The Lord healed him that night. No more pain! He woke up and canceled the surgery.

He walked two miles that day. A week later I took my dad and mom on a hike. My mom, who regularly walks 7-10 miles, had to sit and rest and my dad went back for her and fanned her with her straw hat! Thank you for being obedient to write that God-inspired book. Karen

God Shows Up...And Shows Off!

I called to receive prayer for a job. I had been without a job for over five months. Before the prayer warrior even finished praying, I received a call on the other line from a company wanting to set up an interview with me. Praise God for an immediate answer to prayer. Cynthia

I had a miscarriage and was later told by doctors that I would not be able to have children. Within one year of Marilyn praying for me, I became pregnant and am now the mom of two beautiful children. Valerie

I was watching Praise the Lord and Marilyn was on. She prayed for people with tumors, moles, and growths. I had a growth the size of a small basketball in my stomach and it was rock hard. God told me to put my hand on the growth while Marilyn prayed. I did and thanked Him for my healing. The growth didn’t leave immediately. I went to bed thanking God and when I got up the next morning, the Lord reminded me of the prayer and I touched my stomach and it was soft. It had been getting progressively larger for the past 10 years but God got rid of it in just 10 hours. Praise God! Joy

My back was severely injured in a car accident over 30 years ago. I had a bulge in my spinal cord with nerves and scar tissue intertwined, scoliosis, and muscle spasms throughout my back. The spasms were so bad that my back pulled into a letter "C". I had been unable to sleep in my bed for 27 years and had to get what rest I could in my recliner. I was watching Today with Marilyn and Sarah all twisted on my side in my chair when Sarah said, "Someone is being healed of scoliosis and muscle spasms and God is straightening your spine." I felt a tingling in every spasm in my back. Then my spine straightened very gently until I was sitting upright and straight in my chair. This is the first time I had been able to do this in 27 years. What a great God we have! Betty

Faith Reports Update for October

Your Keys to More Miracles book really ministered to my spirit—I really needed that! I thank God for your ministry and the prayer covering you provide your partners every day. I know that even if I don’t get to watch Today with Marilyn & Sarah on a regular basis, I am covered by you in prayer! Mattie

I was believing and praying for a new job. During this time, I received a prayer package from Marilyn. I sent it back with my prayer request for this new job. Praise the Lord, I got one! It is the best job I've ever had, it pays more money, and I have less stress than I have had in my 25-year career. Monica

During one of Marilyn and Sarah's recent Bible encounters, my wife and I brought our three-year-old grandson believing for his healing from a terrible skin condition he was born with. Early in the service, Marilyn said she received a word that someone in the audience was suffering from a terrible skin disease and that it would be healed by morning. We didn't know if that word was for our grandson or someone else. We took him through the prayer line—and I am thrilled to report that his skin is completely normal and is as smooth as any child's skin can be! Bill

I thank God for your awesome Prayer Center warriors. Many times I have called in with requests and my prayers have been answered almost immediately. One time I called and asked for prayer for a $5,000 raise and I received a salary increase of exactly $5,000. Everything from financial blessings to job needs have been answered, and I am blessed beyond measure! Karen

Several months ago Sylvia called for favor in selling their house. They ended up selling the house within one week after the prayer and Sylvia noted that it sold for $ 136.00 over the asking price. She was delighted and gave God all the glory. Sylvia

Lavenia called last Friday praying for work for her husband. She called back on Tuesday to report that he had been offered the position that he had been trying to get for some time. Lavenia

Muriel called to sow a seed on her mother’s behalf when her mother was in a coma. She sowed the seed and didn’t even ask for prayer. Within a very short time her mother came out of the coma. Muriel

She faithfully reads and follows all the letters she gets in the mail. She meditates on all the scriptures and as a result, her finances have been very blessed. Yolanda

Personal Accounts from Indonesia

Following are excerpts of testimonies shared by the travelers on our Ministry and Missions Outreach to Indonesia.

Rise Up and Walk!
In Bali, a man pulled me over to pray for his friend. The young man could not walk. His hands were gnarly. He had a vacant look in his eyes. We began to pray. I remembered the scripture in Acts 3 about Peter and John at the Gate Beautiful. Our message to this man through our interpreter was to rise up and walk. At that, he stood up and we walked with him about 12 feet. Before we left, he was lifting his hands and praising the Lord. He and his parents received the Lord [they were Muslims] that very night.

Hindu Couple Saved
A highlight of our trip was the leading of a Hindu couple to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior. The wife had come for prayer for a cyst. Her husband's employer had recommended they come to the healing service. A person who interpreted told us she was Hindu. We then asked if they wanted to accept Jesus. They said "yes." So we led both of them [in] accepting Jesus.

Traveler's Hip Healed
For several years my hips have been painful due to osteoarthritis. My husband said, "We're going to Indonesia with MHM." My prompt reply: "No! My hips can't take the long plane flight." So we came—and the Lord did a hip transplant—spare parts from heaven!

God's Presence Amazes
I feel God has imparted more into my life as a result of [this trip]. I saw children set free, people saved and healed. God's presence intensified the more we went out into service for Him.

Muslim Saved
A Muslim man came for healing. I told him Jesus loved him and would heal him. Praise God! He got saved and went up for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.

Supernatural Trip

After traveling to Italy with Marilyn, I just had to write a quick note! Being with Marilyn—and all the travelers—taught me so much about faith. It was exciting to see God work through me! God led a taxi driver across my path and put it on my mind to give him a flier to encourage him to come to the last meeting of the trip. I was so excited when he came! As Marilyn prayed for people with eye problems, I laid my hands on his back. Miraculously, his eyes were restored! Even more amazing was that he later accepted Jesus as His Savior! It was wonderful to be used by God in such a miraculous way.

A message from Father James in Pakistan

In May 2005, Marilyn helped fan the flames of the miraculous in Lahore, Pakistan. She hosted healing meetings to an overflow crowd at Father James Shamaun's Joy Ministries Church. Now, Father James reports the miracles keep coming!

Father James writes: "Every Wednesday, we have a spirit-filled prayer meeting. Many Muslims come with their problems and sicknesses, and they are healed. Paralyzed people start walking, deaf hear, blind see, cancer people are healed, people are set free from evil spirits and the power of magic. People who have had death sentences or life imprisonment are set free miraculously."
